Learn By playing

St. George JTT has regular seasons during the Spring, Fall, and a 2 week Summer camp. They are 6-8 week sessions, practicing one day during the week, with matches on Saturday mornings. Our program welcomes kids from 5-18 years old. There are five age divisions: 8 & Under, 10 & Under, 12 & Under, 14 & Under, and 18 & Under. Birthdays are needed to specify which team the child will be on, according to USTA Competition Year regulations.

fun on the courts

With a variety of practices, games and matches, our program is designed for all youth, regardless of their tennis skill level. Children aged 10 and under are instructed using a smaller, more manageable format, so they can learn the game without being overwhelmed. We’re very fortunate to have our 10 & Under Tennis Courts (smaller in size) for our youngest players. We were one of the first tennis facilities in the state to build these! This tennis format, called “Net Generation.”

How To Register Your Child for Tennis Lessons

St. George’s place as a tennis town was made official in December 2010, when it became a registered Community Tennis Association through the United States Tennis Association (USTA). St. George Jr Team Tennis is designed for children between the ages of 5-18. We use the game of tennis to promote social skills and important values through fostering a spirit of cooperation and unity.
